hi Ambuj,
it’s a known issue and we need to use third party control to resolve this issue.
i have solved this problem by using the telerik MOSS editor, it’s a simple and good editor to write content and relative urls.

hi Suman,
We can set the list item level permissions too in the same way. In SharePoint we can implement plenty of things through programming which are not out of box features.
Happy SharePointing.

Hi Praveen,
How are you? I saw your post regarding script problem in IE with AJAX modal popup (http://forums.asp.net/p/1291814/2497646.aspx#2497646). I am also facing same problem now. Please let me know, what was the solution you have implemented for that. I know its a long time back. But please recall and let me know the solution.
Thanks,
Satheesh M

Hi Satheesh,
I have written a post in my blog to deal about this. It won’t work with ASP.NET Ajax because of bulk amount of data we kept in UpdatePanel. It’s bad way of implementing. You can see here for more details.
